Delivery

Orders are processed daily so you should receive your purchase within 3 working days. If you have not received your order within 7 days of placing it, please contact us.

Product availability

Our objective is to maintain product availability at all times. In the unlikely event of your chosen product not being available, please contact us on 01684 853870 or e-mail and we will advise you of future availability.

Payment

On checkout you will be taken to the PayPal website to complete your purchase. From within PayPal you can either login and pay for your order or alternatively you can purchase using a credit or debit card.

Returns

If you return goods to us within 7 days from the purchase date in perfect condition, and with the original packaging and original invoice/receipt, then we will give you a full refund.

We regret that refunds will not be issued for products that are NOT returned with their original packaging or show obvious signs of previous use.
